How Text Messaging Works

Users may choose to send documents and photos to Magic Red Panda LLC via text message or multimedia message (SMS/MMS) as part of using the Bento service. Text messaging is user-initiated.

When a user sends a text message or multimedia message to us, Magic Red Panda LLC may reply by text only as necessary to confirm receipt, provide customer support, or respond to the user’s request related to the Bento service.

Magic Red Panda LLC does not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Opt-Out and Help
